Rolfing ®

  • Rolfing is an ambitious body overhaul that will leave you more upright, relaxed and pain-free.
  • A course typically includes 10 sessions
  • Each session lasts 1 hour
  • 7-21 days between sessions, most common in the beginning.
  • Each session is manualized but customized to the individual

HOW IT WORKS

  • First session lasts 75 min including 15 min. conversation
  • The following sessions last 60 minutes.
  • After a short conversation, I do a body reading and then work on the bench
  • You are wearing underwear during the treatment
  • The treatment is NOT painful
  • Finally, we talk about what you can expect from the treatment
