Rolfing ®
- Rolfing is an ambitious body overhaul that will leave you more upright, relaxed and pain-free.
- A course typically includes 10 sessions
- Each session lasts 1 hour
- 7-21 days between sessions, most common in the beginning.
- Each session is manualized but customized to the individual

HOW IT WORKS
- First session lasts 75 min including 15 min. conversation
- The following sessions last 60 minutes.
- After a short conversation, I do a body reading and then work on the bench
- You are wearing underwear during the treatment
- The treatment is NOT painful
- Finally, we talk about what you can expect from the treatment
