IFS NETWORK GROUP<\/p>\n

Are you in an individual IFS program or have you completed one – with me or another IFS therapist? Then this networking group might be for you.<\/p>\n

What you get out of the program:<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf31 Reflections on how inner change can be brought into your everyday life.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf31 A space where you can share experiences that are difficult to explain to others – be it spiritual openings or deep trauma journeys – and be met with resonance and understanding.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf31 Strengthen your inner leadership through continued relationship building with newfound and familiar parts of you.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf31 Inspiration to use IFS tools in your (external) relationships and at work.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf31 Theoretical understanding linked to more bodily and non-linguistic experiences and states.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf31 A community focused on self-energy, resonance and reflection.<\/p>\n

My role is:<\/p>\n

\u2600\ufe0f Holding the space from an IFS perspective, with self-management and room for everyone to share.<\/p>\n

\u2600\ufe0f Facilitate participants’ initial work with the intention and focus of the program.<\/p>\n

\u2600\ufe0f Creating content and frameworks that inspire and support participants’ intentions, in the form of selected themes, IFS-based exercises and conversations in plenary or small groups.<\/p>\n

\u2600\ufe0f To share my clinical and personal experience with IFS therapy, bottom-up processes from structural\/physical development journeys, for example by sharing examples, answering theoretical\/practical questions and bringing perspective.<\/p>\n

The practicalities:<\/p>\n

– 6 weekly meetings of 2 hours each<\/p>\n

– Price: 3450 DKK (can be paid in 2 installments by agreement)<\/p>\n

– Location: 108 Yoga, Udsigten 14, 2820 Gentofte<\/p>\n

Choose between two courses:<\/p>\n

– Wednesdays 14:30-16:30 (start 22\/1)<\/p>\n

Dates: 22\/1, 29\/1, 5\/2 (MINUS WEEK 7) 19\/2, 26\/2 and 12\/3. 19\/3 (note NOT on 5\/3).<\/p>\n

– Tuesdays 9.00-11.00 (start 21\/1)<\/p>\n

Dates: 21\/1, 28\/1, 4\/2 (MINUS WEEK 7), 18\/2, 25\/2, 4\/3, 11\/3)<\/p>\n

Group course 2024<\/h2>\n

In the fall of 2024, Signe and I conducted a group therapy program for 9 participants, all with different physical symptoms such as migraines, back pain, heart problems and chronic itching.<\/p>\n

It was an enriching experience for me to follow the participants on a part of their journey to discover, connect with and also unburden some of their pain-carrying, pain-triggering and pain-reacting personality parts.<\/p>\n

We now have evaluations of the program that are worth sharing:<\/p>\n

‘The Psychology in the Body course came as divine timing right after heart surgery with a lot of pain, both physical and mental. Being in the group with other fellow sufferers and feeling the loving connection to the others in the group has been essential for me. Signe and Camilla were great at creating a safe and loving space where I could look inward and get in touch with a greater compassionate force within me that can hold, carry and relieve pain.
